Lying – Why do guys do it? Why do any of us do it?
“We have become a bunch of sloppy people. We say things we don’t mean. We make promises we don’t keep. “I’ll call you”, “Lets get together” We know we wont. On the human interaction Stock Exchange, our words have lost almost all their value. And the spiral continues, as we now don’t even expect people to keep their word. In fact we might even be embarrassed to point out to the dirty liar that they never did what they said they’d do. So if a guy you’re dating doesn’t call you when he says he’s going to, why should that be such a big deal? Because you should be dating a man who’s at least as good as his word. Come on ladies!

why do we lie... because we are escapists at heart. The desire not to be real, to turn into something that we are not. We say... lets do something, lets get together, call me... no intentions... but think about this... What if you were throwing a dinner party. The whole nine yards, plate served. And someone said... I might be able to make it, i'll call you... WAKE UP! Do they want to be there or do they not. Make the decision and live with it, people need to know reality. What about you. If they say maybe... do they plan that they will be there? Its plate service... you need actual numbers. you need to know how much food. Its not like you are a resort and can scramble at the last minute for customer appreciation. Its your own hard work and home. If they are constantly saying maybe or whatever... Why bother with ya? Cross off the list... whats it actually worth? Your just pissing me off by being indecisive! Quit dreaming... people dont have time for shit and if they do... wow, patients and understanding, far more then i would put up with! And if your not going to be there and you have already said yes...Phone... ITS CALLED A PHONE! people dont get mad if they know what is going on. That way they can make changes, alter things... but if you dont communicate... I dont think i would bother the next time.
... EXCUSES CHANGE NOTHING!...
Alright that was kinda harsh... There is a difference between Excuses and Reason... A good reason usually has a damn good aliby, and signs that the person actually tried and cared enough to give a shit. But excuses... they are just hurtfull...and who are they harming... no one really but yourself...your the one missing out and making people not have good judgement of ya! Your choice... start living in the reality that you share the world with other people that actually have feelings. A lie gets you nowhere...and you just feel better when the truth is what you have to deal with. Saves a whole lot of crying and missunderstanding later!
