WAIT????

Wait for a guy, who calls you beautiful instead of hot. Who calls you back when you hang up on him, or calls you at all for that matter. Who will stay awake just to spend time with you. Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead and holds you close to his side anywhere you go. Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats. Who holds your hand in front of his friends. Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you and how lucky he is to have you. The one who strives to be the best he can be, and feels he is a better person for having you apart of his life. Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says, "that's her,"…and better yet tells you how he feels.

The Cheating Curve

What Constitutes Cheating?
Another date? A Kiss? Fooling around with someone else? Sex?
Who defines Cheating?

Is cheating like the proverbial tree in the forest – It doesn’t exist if there’s no one around to catch you?

How far is too far? How much is too much?

If it’s only your second date, is it considered cheating if you or the other party kisses, dates or sleeps with someone else?

If everyone’s ideas of cheating are different, where does the line get drawn?

Is the cheating curve defined by someone based on how much they themselves cheat?

Is the act of cheating defined by the act of getting caught? One doesn’t exist with out the other?

Attaining Inner Peace

My psychiatrist told me that the way to attain inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and never finished. So I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn’t finished and before I left the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of merlot, a bottle of while zinfandel, a bottle of bailey’s cream, a bottle of Kailua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheese cake, some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how fucking good I feel.

The Spiral Continues

Lying – Why do guys do it? Why do any of us do it?

“We have become a bunch of sloppy people. We say things we don’t mean. We make promises we don’t keep. “I’ll call you”, “Lets get together” We know we wont. On the human interaction Stock Exchange, our words have lost almost all their value. And the spiral continues, as we now don’t even expect people to keep their word. In fact we might even be embarrassed to point out to the dirty liar that they never did what they said they’d do. So if a guy you’re dating doesn’t call you when he says he’s going to, why should that be such a big deal? Because you should be dating a man who’s at least as good as his word. Come on ladies!

Are all men freaks?

Are we secretly being graded every time we invite someone in our bed? A ,B+ C, D, Incomplete?
Is making love really nothing more then a pop quiz? And if sex is a test, how do you know if your passing or failing?
How do you know if you're good in bed?

Games

"We've spent our childhoods playing games. Was that just preparation for all the games we'd play as adults? Where relationships just a big chess match, full of strategies, moves, counter moves, all designed to keep your opponent off balance until you win?
Is there such a thing as an honest relationship? Or is it true? Do you have to play games to make a relationship work?"

Men

The more i learn about men, the more i love my cat!

Isn't it so true though, that really the more we learn how complicated men's minds are, the more we just love the simple minds and loving of our cats?
The comfort they give you and you can just sit there, and not worry about anything.

Why can't men be more like cats?
